Delivery

We strive to ensure that your plants and garden essentials reach you fresh and on time. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days for most locations across India (subject to product availability and courier service).

Please note that Garden Shoppy reserves the right to decline or cancel orders from customers with prior order issues or policy violations, and to correct any pricing or product description errors that may appear on the website. Our goal is to maintain transparency and deliver the best possible shopping experience to every customer.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied based on the product weight and delivery location.

We dispatch all orders on a doorstep delivery basis. However, the final delivery timeline depends on the courier partner’s local delivery team, and there may occasionally be delays beyond our control. To ensure your plants remain fresh and healthy, we strongly recommend collecting your parcel from the final delivery point at the earliest possible time if there are any delays.

Please note that Garden Shoppy will not be responsible for any product damage caused by delayed collection, and refunds or replacements will not be provided in such cases.
