Can You Return Plants?

At GardenShoppy.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver fresh, healthy, and high-quality live plants to arrive in the best possible condition.

However, we do not accept returns on live plants, as they are delicate living beings that may perish due to both-way transit stress. Sometimes, plants may appear slightly dull or tired due to transit stress. This is perfectly normal. With proper watering, placement in partial shade for the first week, and gradual exposure to sunlight, your plant will quickly regain its natural health and vibrancy. In case any product is damaged on receipt, you are eligible for a return or exchange, please share a clear photograph and an unboxing video of the damaged item at the time of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement will be provided, or a refund may be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
